English term

in the matter of

English to French Law/Patents Law (general) Insolvency Act
"Every claim form by which a disqualification application under the Act is begun and all affidavits, notices and other documents in the proceedings must be entitled ***in the matter of*** the company or companies in question and ***in the matter of*** the Act"

Do you know what is THE French saying of this in Legal slang? Many thanks.

In re is law latin. It can be found in both English (100% certain) and French (90%+ certain). I studied law in both the U.S. and France. The French, as ardent latinists, are much more receptive of latin terminology in law.
