Attention: dans une fiducie, le capital et le revenu sont deux choses bien différentes; les termes ne sont pas interchangeables.

Vous pourriez aussi rencontrer « un tant ou tout ou rien » (plutôt rare).

: Well, it's actually 'of the capital', which probably makes a slight difference; but also, I think the real problem lies in working in the 'none of...' as well.
