: doesn't make any sense - the ST is about s.t. that is tolerated while your translation is about s.t. that is a legal obligation => it MUST BE something else.

Feel free to suggest the "Something else", Daryo. However, the meaning of this sentence seems obvious. I still believe we are talking about a price-tag here.

I do have a hunch as to what "Price marked products" could be / are likely to be, but without enough context, my guess could be as wrong as "produits dont le prix est affiché" - which can't be the intended meaning as:
"Price marked products are not as such prohibited" clearly indicates that only some products might be of the "price marked" type, and if they are, it will be tolerated.
hardly comparable to the legal obligation to indicate the price of any product offered for sale.
