When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Je contournerais le problème comme suit : X et Y reconnaissent et conviennent qu’ils n’ont aucuns droits de propriété, de licence ou d’accès quels qu’ils soient à l’égard desdits dépôts réglementaires, pas plus qu’ils n’acquièrent quelque intérêt que ce soit…
Dans votre phrase, il faut considérer que rights s'applique aux trois termes : ownership rights, license rights, or access rights. De fait la dichotomie des prépositions "in or to" est due au fait qu'on parle d'un ownership right in something mais d'un access right to sthing. Généralement on peut trouver une formulation en français qui englobe les trois sans différencier les deux prépositions.
