J'hésite sur le sens de dependencies ici : aléas? impondérables ?
Contexte : delays or default in the Customer’s performance of its obligations including any *dependencies* placed upon the Customer as set out in the Agreement or this Service Schedule.
Any additional work required to be performed by X as a result of a failure by the Customer to perform any of its obligations under the Agreement or this Service Schedule, including any specific *dependencies*, shall be chargeable to the Customer in accordance with X’s standard rates for professional services as notified to the Customer from time to time.
