English to French Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) employment contract

By mutual agreement of the Parties, the place of work is not a material clause of the present Employment Contract. Consequently, and in view of the nature of his high responsibilities and duties, the Employee hereby accepts any change to his principal place of work at any time within France.
