Sur "Debt": oui, on traduit par "dette" dans certains cas - et je pense que vous pouvez le faire ici aussi. Simplement, la notation porte sur un titre, donc j'en précise la forme. En revanche, pour un financement, j'aurai traduit par "dette" (par opposition à "capital").
