"Beneficiaries of the project were in three forms. They comprised of beneficiary list compiled from the *outpatient therapeutic point* (OTP) under the XXX programme (1 100) that was being implemented by YYY with funding from UNICEF, 3 000 conservation farmers from the previous season and 3 300 other vulnerable households who were registered at ward level and admission of them was based on an agreed and set vulnerability criteria which include the following: the aged, physically and mentally disabled, the chronically ill and orphans without any support system."
