English term

Minister of Portfolio

English to French Law/Patents Government / Politics
"A “Contrat d’Amodiation” is provided for under the DRC Mining Code, enacted by law No 007/2002 of July 11, 2002 and approval for the “Contrat d’Amodiation” was issued by the DRC Minister of Portfolio on the 6th of December 2005"

"Ministre du Portefeuille" does not mean anything in French. Would it be "Ministre du Budget"?
