Not 'crap', but... It doesn't sound all that bad to my native ears, and certainly doesn't smack at all of MT; but it does have a specific courtroom quality about it; it sounds a bit like a transcription, and I suspect that the "There is now produced to me and shown (presumably to the Court)..." bit is almost like an aside or stage direction. As so often, it would help enormously if we really knew where this document arose from. It might even be something like a statement taken by the police, for example...

automatic translation It doesn't seem to me (I am not a native) to be a genuine source text, probably an automatic translation. It sounds pretty 'crap' to me.
