Noteholder

English to French Other Finance (general) agreement between companies
Here is the sentence where the expression is used : "signed for the purposes of identification by the Company and the Noteholders on or about the date hereof shall have the same meaning herein and Clause 1 ",
I am thinking about "porteur de titre" but would prefer to have other opinions too.

Porteur/titulaire de "titres" pourrait porter à confusion si le document mentionne plusieurs "titres" : actions, obligations, billets... S'il n'y a que les billets comme "titres", j'opterais pour "obligataire" - comme le suggère Teddy Monteiro - et compte tenu de la note qu'on peut lire là:

S'il y a plus d'un type de titres obligataires (obligations + billets, par exemple), j'aurais tendance à retenir "porteur de billets".
