I know what it means, but I don't really know how to put the second part of the following sentence:
If the customer has questions and/or issues on the use of WebIntelligence the XXX BI Team is available to consult at the standard the customer rate.
I also suppose there is a typo in the source text? --> at the standard customer rate.
