English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general)

The Shareholder will contribute funds to the Project by way of equity contributions and Shareholders' subordinated loans (together, the “Equity”) in a proportion to be determined (currently envisioned to be up to [92 / 8] (Senior Debt / Equity) comprised of shareholder loans or bonds).
