Later you mention 'blue voltage'; is there at any other point a mention of 'red' + 'green', which would tend to support the display device theory. I fid it hard to believe that your document can stand in such isolation that there are no clues at all!

I understand the problem, and sympathize! But surely somewhere in the document there must be a clue as to what it's in connection with? Are there any figures for power, current, voltage etc. that might give a clue to industrial/domestic?

I can't tell you, really. This document just dispears me. I don't understand a word. It is written in an awful telegraphic Denglisch, without any trace of anything that could enlight me.

What KIND of 'plasma' application is this? Your choice of 'Energy / Power Generation' as your field seems on the face of it a bit misleading here...?

Although PCB = printed circuit board = literally 'circuit imprimé', I think it is very common practice just to refer to it as a 'carte' (cf. carte mère etc.), just as in En it is arguably more common to call it simply a 'board'
