English term

relaxed GeSi

English to French Science Electronics / Elect Eng semiconductor
"relaxed GeSi" appears in the field of semiconductors.
Can anybody give me a translation in French for this terms which also deals with epitaxy.
I also know that GeSi means Germanium-Silicium. But how to translate "relaxed"?: relaché? relaxé? déroulé (such as ADN)? or other?
Many Thanks in advance.

Right! That's exactly why I asked... the fact that you are dealing with layered microstructures is very important extra context here.
Paul Mercier (asker) Dec 6, 2010:
quite uneasy because very short text... It is quite uneasy to answer as the text is only one page long. It deals with manufaturing of microstructures using layers.
I saw that GeSi films can be "stress relaxed". This leads to me to think about "un relâchement suite à une contrainte (pression, chaleur...)".

Context Please could you show us how this is used in context, and with what (if anything) it is contrasted? Is the source text EN reliable?
