"le lycée" would the French secondary school meant to prepare for further studies in a university.
A translators note could be add that it corresponds to years 10 to 12 of state education, although it's not really necessary because when it comes to secondary education there are specialised department in most ministries of education which would decide what is the equivalent national diploma.

In which country is this "Academic Lyceum" located? Wouldn't a diploma from Uzbekistan be in Uzbek or possibly Russian?
