J'envisageais de traduire par "apprentissages permanents", mais je ne suis pas entièrement satisfaite. Je suis sûre qu'il existe un équivalent exact en français, mais je ne le connais pas.

I believe the correct answer would be "Compréhension permanente ou valeur permanente" as you can pass the values from generation to generation
