"Spring" c'est un ressort
"boot" c'est un soufflet, une doublure, un embout, et ça pourrait même être une coupelle d'appui pour un ressort hélicoïdal selon la suggestion de Florence
Mais ça se présente comme ça pour un ressort à lames de camion (un embout) quand ça se pose par le côté:
