Het gaat over een schema van een documentenwerkstroom met papieren documenten. Dus een van de acties is: "Scan to file (as nothing to action and send a copy if necessary OR scan the file and follow the steps). Ik begrijp helemaal niet wat met "as nothing to action" wordt bedoeld.
