see also the earlier question on Puffed wheat grits,
the hyphen is an improvement imo, considering the likelihood the rice will have been puffed first and ground later. The Dutch here reads correspondingly: grits of puffed rice.
(Could call it gepofte-rijstkreem as well, but I have my doubts about the compatibility of kreem and poffen...)

Lijkt me niet lekker, maar ik kan me wel voorstellen dat er "rice crispies" in brood worden verwerkt.
