'amendment' is een 'wijziging' of een 'aanhangsel' of 'bijlage'. Het lijkt me hier een 'bijlage', omdat je bij het aanpassen van een overeenkomst ook meteen eerdere wijzigingen meeneemt. Hier is dat kennelijk niet het geval; de 'senior amendment' blijft van toepassing op de hele aangepaste overeenkomst.
