English to Dutch Bus/Financial Finance (general) estate distribution

I came across the term ´holdings account´ in an estate distribution agreement, in the following sentence:

´[...] an amount of XXX krona will be withheld in the holdings account of the estate in Handelsbanken until the final tax decision for the income year 2013 has been issued [---]´.

This text may be an English translation of a Swedish source text, so it is possible that a native speaker of English would have picked other words. Or perhaps holdings account doesn´t exist? Anyway, I hope someone can help me with this.
