This is a slightly strange question. I am trying to find out which part of the Croation administration (website http://www.dzzomm.hr) is responsible for disability policy (poilicy towards the disabled, etc.), but as I know no Croation at all, I have no clue where to look. Could someone tell me which words I should look for?

: disabled person = Invalid (guess this is understandable) ..Which words I should look for? => Invalid, Invaliditet, Invalidnost (all of this for physical handicaps ... no leg -no arm) ... Those with MENTAL disordes, as Mme Vesna said .
