Rule 190.2 defines Level 1 cases as those cases in which all plaintiffs affirmatively plead that they seek only monetary relief aggregating $50,000 or less, excluding costs, prejudgment interest and attorney�s fees, or divorce cases involving no children and a marital estate worth no more than $50,000.
