English term

Guidos and Guidettes

English to Arabic Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc. Immigrants
Anybody know if there's an Arabic term coined for this? "Guido" (or "Gino") is a slang term for a lower class or working class urban American. The Guido stereotype is often portrayed as humorously thuggish with an overtly macho attitude. It is however mostly used in a disparaging way with those of Italian descent.
I think this is mainly for US-based Arabic-speaking translators because the US is where this term is used mainly.
I though الطبقة العاملة الإيطالية but that won't convey the nuances of the definition. Any help would be much appreciated.
Have a nice day!
