The electronic check on material and being verified, it accepts it as "validated". - Validate Translated Content – translated XML content is automatically validated on import. Any structural discrepancies between the source and target content, such as missing links or difference in number of paragraphs, are reported.

Moreover, "certified translation services" is mentioned elsewhere. This is why I had the feeling it has to do with a software.

We're talking about a software I found this site http://www.freepatentsonline.com/EP1315084.html, from where I copied this sentence: In a last operation the validated text elements and validated translation elements are stored in the database, to be automatically retrieved if the user accesses the database with a DBMS to retrieve said text element next time.
