ملاعق ممسوحة

The usual expression is "level scoops", "level teaspoons" etc. but I guess they mean the same thing here. The Arabic expression I'm familiar with is ممسوحة.

Here's an example of someone using "levelled off" as a synonym for "level":

I'm sorry Salam, the choice is yours of course, but ممسوحة is indeed the common term in this context. متساوية assumes there are two things being compared, and would be very misleading here (متساوية مع ماذا؟). That's my personal opinion. Good luck.

Thank you Nesrin, but I am afraid the word (mamsuha) could be confused with (wipe) or something, this is why I went to the other option and the client agreed with it, but really thank you for your help.
