If the system doesn't attract attention, it has no consideration. Thus, I can understand that the system represents no violation of the sovereignty of the bordering country or a political concern.

Can you elaborate on that, please? How do you understand the phrase? "Profile" usually refers to conspicuousness and noticeability. "Low profile" would typically mean "with little prominence." Is it different here, as you understand it?

If the asker has no way of finding out what the phrase means, the phrase should be posted as English-to-English, where the respondent base would be much broader. Once the meaning has been explained, the asker would likely not need help translating it.

Salam ya Fuad. The heading states that this is a sonar detection system being used for military/defense, so guessing was easier. besides, poor hnofal said this is all he has. What the heck, guessing is sometimes fun anyway (remember fulgurite?) :-)
