The Mini ONE® Non-Balloon Button can also be traction removed without elongating the device.
Simply lubricate the stoma site underneath the existing Mini ONE® Non-Balloon Button with a water soluble lubricant.
(A topical anesthetic gel may also be applied to the stoma and surrounding skin.)
Then grasp the tabs, apply constant traction and carefully remove the device.
Inflate balloon with distilled or sterile water according to the fill volume in the chart in Table 1.
Gently lift the tabs and check for signs of gastric leakage.
