Investigations:
ECHO 22/11/2022:
The left ventricle is moderately dilated.
Left ventricular systolic function is severely reduced.
Ejection Fraction = 30%
Aneurysmal apex , the rest of segments are hypokinetic
The right ventricle is severely dilated , there is systolic flattening of interventricular septum
suggestive for high RV pressure .
The right ventricular systolic function is moderately reduced.
The right atrium is severely dilated with Interatrial septum bowing into LA , result in small LANo good TR signal to assess PASP
