Branding as such is a process, not a thing. To indicate the process, you can use words like

إنشاء
اسـتحداث
تنمية
الخ

But in the particular fragment that you posted, you may be able to drop the process word تبني, depending on the rest of the context. By itself, the fragment does not seem to require the process word.
