Unlike my peers, I would not go for the English translation for 'entrepreneur', but I would deal with the original French word etymologically.
entrepreneur <- entreprendre (Fr.) [to tackle, proceed, undertake]
entreprendre <- entre-prendre = inter (L.) [between] + prēndere (L.) [to take]
Hence, 'entrepreneur' = who takes between [his hands] = who takes in his hands = الذي يتناول [بين يديه] ـ

It has a very close notion to 'يتناول' as in 'لو حاولنا تناول الأمر من زاوية أخرى'.
