Whether the Invoice against which the Amount Received is known?
The Accountant in Accounts Receivable Department, upon receipt of Bank Statements, checks for receipts made by the Customer and verifies whether the details of the Invoice against which the amount received is already available based on the transaction details in Bank Statement or as per existing advice from the Customer.
If the Invoice against which the amount received is known : Go to Activity 4, 8 to End of Process

If the Invoice against which the amount received is not known : Go to Activity 5 to End of Process
The Accountant in the Accounts Receivable Department, in cases where the Invoices against which the amount received is known, accounts for the receipts against the Invoices in CarPro.
