"Well-paid" is not coterminous with "highly paid," in my opinion.

ليس بالضورة أن يحصل الأساتذة على رواتب, بل هي في معظم الدول يتقاضون أجور حسب ساعات العمل لذلك أفضل استخدام أجور و ليس رواتب
