One important factor to remember is that in some countries, these terms (“infrastructure,” “capital,” etc.) have acquired standard translations, and people have come to expect them no matter how awkward. Your client (not necessarily the translation agency) will appreciate it if you use their terms, notwithstanding how distasteful they may be.

For instance, in some places, “infrastructure” is routinely referred to as BUNYA TAHTIYYA.

Likewise, in some areas “capital” is routinely referred t as RA’S MAL.

Etc.

To find out what, if any, standard terms have been used in this or that particular country, a web search may be very helpful. Some agencies will even try to connect you with someone from the client side to help you with these things.

In the absence of such guidance, you are left to your won devices, and in this case the above suggested translation my be useful.

I would recommend the above mentioned translation, as I understand the schedule would be either a part of a projected budget, or a financial plan, or a part of the NGO / word bank investment plan. I have seen such expressions in the Kuwait/ Jordanian / Yemeni planning system at the time of work with the mentioned countries governments planning system.
