I just would like to mention a point
You have provided me with these four options :
o Stay in business applications team as team lead to support xxx as he will be the senior manager of business applications, with revalidating the JD and increase some roles in the JD. After the revalidation, xxxx will share the new updated JD to xxxx to revalidate the Grade of this position to get me promoted

Internal Movement to be a Fields Support Manager, as this position is in manager band, xxxx explained that if we got Mubadala Approval, I will have the grade reflected in July 2019 as E8 and on July 2020 to be reflected E7.
