Sic permenda me lart, fjala "inspektor" ishte fjala qe me erdhi ne mendje ne momentin qe te shkrova. Natyrisht fjala "superintendent" ka disa sinonime qe mund te perdoren fare mire edhe ne shqip. "Inspector" ("inspektor" ne shqip) eshte vetem nje prej tyre:

Megjithate, ne qofte se do te perdoresh fjalen "shef" apo "drejtor", une do te sugjeroja se do te ishte me vend ta perdorje ne kontekstin " shef/ drejtor i drejtorise arsimore rajonale" - kjo sepse fjala "rajon" ka nuanca kuptimore gjeografike a administrative por jo arsimore. Ketu ke disa shembuj te tjere qe mund te te ndihmojne me teper.

Alma nuk e di per cfare niveli ne hierarkine e Arsimit ndodhe superintendenti sepse ekzistojne drejtori arsimore te niveleve te ndryshem. E para eshte Drejtoria Arsimore e e cila ka ekzistuar prej shume kohesh dhe drejtuesi i saj eshte quajtur Drejtori i Drejtorise Arsimore dhe ekziston gjithashtu nje strykture e re e ngritur para pak vjetesh e quajtur DAR Drejtoria Arsimore Rajonale, drejtuesi i se ciles eshte quajtur gjithashtu Drejtor i DAR.
Ne cfaredolloj niveli qe te ndodhet Superintendenti / Mbikqyresi emertimi i tij do te ishte i pershtatur ne shqip "Drejtor".

ne se i referohemi faqeve www.mash.gov.al sic eshte poshteshenuar, do te gjejme perkufizimet e pozicioneve te:
-Drejtor i Drejtorise Arsimore Rajonale (per qarkun)
-Drejtor (drejtues) i Zyres Arsimore ne cdo rreth.Mendoj se eshte ky i fundit.Gjithesesi nje konsultim me faqen e poshteshenuar do te mund te ndihmonte edhe më.

Sorry I am late with the thanking note, I was away in Albania. I like the term "shefi i rajonit te arsimit" since regional offices are many in the District and they function under the School District, the main building.

neutral Eva T : Dear Pakoment, "zyra arsimore" is too general. It is not specific to a "regional office". (Ka zyrë arsimore në bazë lagjeje, rajoni, rrethi, etj.). Also, this is a professional site, so could you please use the Albanian letters "ç, ë" correctly?
