In a transport text about trailors (opleggers), I'm not sure what they mean by "box-sterkte" below:
Talson opleggers zijn uitermate geschikt voor bijv. vervoer van tapijtrollen, vanwege de zelfdragende constructie die een zeer hoge box-sterkte met zich meebrengt. Voor het vervoer van tapijt-rollen, die inzakken, voorkomt deze constructie het “bol” staan van de oplegger.
I am wondering if it means that the self-supporting design gives the trailors a high storage capacity. But I am not sure.
Thanks in advance for any help.

High box strength
What they mean is that the structure of the trailer is very strong and the carpet rolls will not bend out of shape when it is loaded.
They probably refer to a trailer that will carry a lot of rolls of carpet. The laws of gravity dictates that a carpet that is not properly supported all over will sag, forming a "ball" as it is referred to in the text. This is undesirable as it can lead to permanent creases in the carpet, obviosuly depending on the quality of the material.

Perhaps I should read what I typed before hitting the submit button to avoid these silly spelling mistakes and committing atrocious crimes against grammar...

Comment: "Thanks very much Venter, Mariette and Jack for your help. I really appreciated your full explanation Venter; it made things much clearer for me! I put "high strength box" as Mariette said, but your explanation was great.
