Generally LO (caps) = lichamelijk onderzoek = physical examination. In your examples that would probably apply to the uppercase instance (LO abdomen gb) but not necessarily to the others. In other cases LO can also be longonderzoek (=pulmonary examination) or lab onderzoek (laboratory tests). GB is often geen bijzonderheden (no abnormalities, normal, no active disease, nad).
