Dutch term

coeur

Dutch to English Medical Medical (general)
Context: localisation of symptoms of subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus - "huidafwijkingen op het *coeur* en de strekzijden van armen en handen".

No joy with dictionary/web searches for "coeur" in this sense in Dutch - any assistance most welcome! Symptoms obviously occur on the chest as well as elsewhere, but I also find references that treat "coeur" as a specific part of the "thorax": which exactly?
Proposed translations (English)
3 upper chest neck area

All comments appreciated - thanks. I received the suggestion of "anterior chest" off-list, which I chose to go with.

Coeur

Is French for heart. So it probably means in the region of the thorax where the heart is situated.
