Hallo allemaal, ik zit met een in Nederland betrekkelijk veel door advocaten gebezigde kreet, maar vraag me af hoe ik dit nu het beste kan vertalen. Heeft iemands iets beter zonder 'exploring'?

De hele alinea luidt als volgt:

Vanaf mei bent, u, als vooruitgeschoven post van XXX, op zoek naar bedrijfsruimte in Nederland. U doet de onderhandelingen. XXX heeft u de mogelijkheden de afgelopen maanden aangedragen.

misschien is ook iets met sentry-fashion mogelijk, maar dat doet omslachtig aan en doet sterk aan bewaking denken
