Dutch to English Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy work expereince
it is part of a course manual for work experience placement of social work students. Could it be a multiple choice test?

earmarked test I've never heard of an earmarked test, not even during my training in adult education and development! There are not internet examples of it either, so that does not appear to be the naswer :-(

I agee with San Barto - "earmarked test" is the literal translation. The test need not be multiple choice.

It may be a special test for this component of the course, i.e., not part of the final test for the course overall. Does that make any sense in this context?
