clearly alert OK, thanks, for some reason I can't see it translated as 'clear' anywhere in the link, but I know that I used to write it that way in the past, so you're probably right, will enter 'alert' in glossary.

vko It was a good think that you didn't enter it in the glossary when you first thought of the meaning of vko. Your translation wasn't exactly correct for use in USA. Here the word "clear" is not used in that combination. Again, the correct translation is Awake, alert, oriented.

I checked that URL and indeed she is close to being correct in her own answer. The only error is that klar is NOT translated as clear but as alert.
