stænk seems to be either dash (for a really small amount) or shot (for a slightly larger amount).

it\'s a matter of drops out of the bottle. As Chris says, it\'s up to you if you just add a 2 or three drops or if you add 10. A shot would be wrong here since that is quite a bit more (literally means from a shot glass). Normally you just add a few drops of Angostora bitters.
