Discussion

Sharon Toh, MITI MCIL Oct 6, 2013:
Just wondering... Could it be supposed to be "哦" or "嗯" (both are usually used as responses to mean OK)? And this makes sense as a response when someone tells you what you can try to do. You might want to see if this fits the overall context of the conversation.

Achiever

Since they are talking about success and achieving, this character might be an abbreviation of 鳶飛戾天,魚躍於淵。
"The hawk flies up to heaven; The fishes leap in the deep."
這裏比喻為功名利祿而極力高攀的人。

This character didn't come up in any chatting rooms so there is also the possibility that it's a typo.

According to this source 鳶 can also mean "to dash" "to fly" and "to be fast".
