避免保户未缴保费导致保单不预期停效，要保人得于要保书或缴费宽限期间终了前，以书面声明，第十三个月（六年吉利保险契约为第二期）以后的分期保险费于超过宽限期间仍未交付者，本公司应以本契约当时的可发还保单价值准备金（如有保险单借款者，先扣除借款本息后的余额）自动垫缴其应缴的保险费及利息，使本契约继续有效，但要保人亦得于次一垫缴日前以书面申请停止保险费的自动垫缴。垫缴保险费的利息，自垫缴日起按当时保险单质押借款（以下简称保单借款）利率计算。
