Chinese term

办公大楼1楼

Chinese to English Other Geography
This is a continuation of my previous question. How would the following be written out in English:

国家体育総局 办公大楼1楼 202号室

(I've found what "国家体育総局" is, so I just need help with the "办公大楼1楼" part.

Thank you in advance.

Office Building(Ban Gong Da Lou) 1F

I would like use it's English name plus Chinese Pinyin. In this way it will be more convenient for the foreigners to find their way toward the target place.

in England, "storey" should be the appropriate word.
Note from asker:
The client has asked me to use the Chinese reading of "ban" for "办". Is there any way of doing this?
Peer comment(s):

agree AZ-Loc : or ground floor. :-)
