Thanks for your kind help. There is no further context. This is a news item. This term is common as it is in talk about call centers, but I could never find a correct equivalent to it.

capacity of seat is used professionally specially in Air Travel, in this context it means 'there is a specific number of contributors permitted'

I agree with Amel. I suggested سعة جلوس/عدد مقاعد جلوس yet I found that the context was non-relevant and hid my answer. Me too, the context doesn't make sense to me after all.

There appears to be something wrong with the English in this sentence.

Although both Heba and Hassan have suggested "seating capacity" for this term, I can't see how it applies here as you would usually say something like "this auditorium has a seating capacity of 40,000" or "this airplane has the capacity to seat 300 people."

The first part of the sentence you posted is clear:

"A fund raising campaign has started..."

After that, I am afraid that the sentence does not make much sense. Perhaps this is the product of machine translation or the writing of someone who simply messed up the sentence. Do you have any surrounding context that might help clarify what this is all about?
