The word ���� does not refer to the lips, but to the giving up of the soul as ransom. It means "tenfold" or "ten times over."

is it tenth of his lips or ten of his lips?

I was puzzled too about بعشر was it ten or tenth. Fuad, got it right splendidly. Reading backward it would mean giving up the soul 10 times for 1 kiss on the lips.
The line would translate literally:
I'll give up my soul ten folds, just for one kiss on his lips to extinguish the raging fires of love in my heart.
