هي تريد فسخ القرار المستأنف وإصدار آخر يسري فوقه ويحل محله
وأظن هذا المصطلح بالانجليزية
هناك أيضا المصطلح ورد ذكره في هذه القضايا وهو reinstate
ولا أعلم إن كان يتلاءم استخدامه هنا
